For a dynamic company with a young team in The Netherlands we are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator. The company had an impressive growth in the past 30 years resulting in employing over 500 employees worldwide in over 10 locations. In the Netherlands they have 100 employees with nearly 30 different nationalities. The culture is informal and they like to have fun while achieving great results. This company has over 450 respectable clients in the entertainment industry. Their clients are manufacturers of games which need to be serviced at all times.
 
 
Job description
You will be working on the inbound sales department which has a sparkling atmosphere. It’s a sales back office role where you have to be the backbone of the whole inbound sales department which consists out of a manager, an account manager and an administration assistant.
Your daily duties consist out:

• Processing new sales leads
• Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
• Monitoring customer accounts
• Providing data and reports to help the sales team
• Keeping track of sales targets
• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling diaries

 
 
Skills and experience

• At least 3 years experience in a Sales Back office and or Sales Support environment
• Experience working in an international environment
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, spoken and written
• Knowledge of the Dutch language is an advantage
• Valid working permit and a Bachelor degree
