(System Quality Engineer – Quality Technician )System Quality Engineer.

Mission(s) & Key Responsibilities

Management and development of Quality Management Systems according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards also ensure consistency with customer expectations (CSR) and Nexteer Global Business Quality System integrity.
Assure process approach in area of responsibility, assure that all processes are introduced, realized, maintain and developed, involve Process Owner in process leadership, continuously supporting and commitment.
Prepare and manage the internal and external audits (active participation, checklist preparation, audits planning preparations, internal auditors activity coordination and support in skills develolment etc.).
Management of actions coming from internal (system, process, product, LPA etc) and external audits; verify effectiveness of corrective actions taken as result of the audit
Cooperation with external certification bodies, companies, consultants to develop QSM.
Assure the awareness of Quality Policy and Quality objectives in organization.
Promotion of Nexteer Global Business Quality System, Nexteer Quality Culture standards, quality knowledge and awareness in organization.
Assure the awareness of actual Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) in the organization and addressing them into local Quality Systems.
Reporting to Plant Management and Divisional Quality System Manager the performance of QS, status of actions and development of QMS needs.
Initiate preventive, predictive and improvement actions in organization.
Management and maintain the quality system documentation in accordance with global procedures and standards, frequent controls, verifications/reviews and approval process.
Initiate quality meetings, quality initiatives, internal trainings from QSM and other quality activities support.
QMS look across performing in organization and sharing with QMS team in whole Division.
Site Management Review activities coordination for integrated systems.
Management of Quality Documentation Center.

Qualification Required:

Bachelor degree or above in quality, engineering, business administration or any other discipline adequate to quality function.
Minimum 5 years working experience in quality system management role in an automotive industry.

III Skills/Training:

Fluent English.

1. Certified ISO/TS16949 system auditor and process auditor
2. Results oriented, analytical, strong work ethic.
3. Strong knowledge of automotive quality system and tools : IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and customer specific requirements.
4. Strong knowledge of quality problem solving methodology: PDCA, 5Why, 8D, FTA, Ishikawa.
5. Customer Specific Requirements regarding QMS knowledge 
6. High communication and team working skills.
7. Good Self-discipline and organizational skills.
8. Good analytical skills and working based on facts and data.
9. Ability to work under time pressure.

Quality Technician 

Mission(s) & Key Responsibilities

• Represent Customer voice in Kenitra Plant.
• Actively contribute to the achievements of 0km Plant Return & Warranty Quality objectives.
• Supervision of quality documentation on lines.
• Active participation in quality problems solving through 5why, Fast response (FRQC).
• Participate in PFMEA review.
• RTY (FTQ) level monitoring and corrective actions taken.
• Scrap cost monitoring and corrective actions taken.
• Organization and supervision of the sorting process.
• Reporting problems to Quality Engineers / Production Managers / VSM
• Active support of activities initiated by Quality Engineers.
• Carrying out measurements in accordance with the Control Plan.
• Inspect incoming materials and materials after reworking and sorting.
• Performing Product Audits in accordance with the plan.
• Dealing promptly and professionally with any non-compliance issues.
• Institute quality training for employees
• Employees’s awareness of their impact on product quality and the importance of their activities in achieving, maintaining, and improving quality, including customer requirements and the risks involved for the customer with non-conforming product.

Qualification Required:

• Technical school (Bac+2/3) or above in Mechanical, Quality or any other discipline adequate to quality function.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in quality role in an Automotive/Aerospace industry.

III Skills/Training:

• English – Intermediate.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of quality tools like APQP, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, MSA
• Knowledge of quality problem solving methodology: PDCA, 5Why, 8D, FTA, Ishikawa.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Knowledge of mechanic topics
• Knowledge of typical measurement device
• High communication and team working skills.
• Good Self-discipline and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
